PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Sorbic acid (E200) is a natural preservative widely used in the food industry due to its antimicrobial properties. It appears as a white crystalline powder or granules, odorless or with a faint characteristic odor. E200 effectively inhibits the growth of mold, yeast and bacteria, extending the shelf life of products.

– Bakery products: Added to the dough or surface of finished products to prevent mold formation and maintain freshness.
